(ICG) is the world's largest and most trusted distributor of physical and digital content. We are currently recruiting for a Content Acquisition Sales Manager to join our team in our LaVergne, TN headquarters. This Sales Manager will manage a team of sales representatives throughout a designated geographic area responsible for generating sales and/or participating in sales-related service activities for assigned accounts within a defined territory. This individual will oversee and actively promote, coordinate, and participate in sales development and/or service activities, implementation of marketing efforts in the sales process, reporting analytics and lead generations, and customer account assignments. This Sales Manager will generate revenue and/or profit margin for assigned accounts and territories and will work closely with management to develop and forecast sales targets and appropriately manage expenses.

Minimum Education and Experience required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
•5 years experience in book publishing or printing OR equivalent experience in sales
•2 years leadership/management experience

Preferred Experience:
•Sales management experience
•Marketing experience
•Experience with Sales analytics
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability in developing/implementing financial profitability and sales analysis methodologies
•Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time
