The Marketing and Sales Director leads and directs people and processes for the marketing, sales and distribution of products and services in ways that serve our clients and advance the purpose, values, and envisioned future of the publishing house. Contributes to the intended mission and business development outcomes by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; identifying and evaluating new product or service opportunities, achieving intended sales, customer service and distribution outcomes; and managing staff.

The Marketing and Sales Director oversees book promotion campaign development, execution, and analysis for all Chalice Press publications. Promotional campaigns include advertising, traditional media (reviews, features, interviews), and social media outreach and network building.

Ideal candidate is creative, self-starting, collaborative but able to work independently, organized, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and self-motivating. Candidate exemplifies a passion for books and other products that can change lives and strengthen Christian faith.
