The Kids Marketing Strategist will create strategic marketing campaigns for the B&H Kids brand and all kids products, helping to develop and manage marketing strategies and plans that support ministry and business goals, leverage customer and segment data, speak with the voice of the customer, and deliver objective-driven results. The Kids Marketing Strategist works cross-functionally to fully understand and contribute to business decisions, and to help develop customer-focused value propositions for B&H Kids products. Within the Trade Marketing department, the Kids Marketing Strategist contributes to the annual budgeting process for marketing needs and, throughout the year, helps manage those budgets and the implementation of approved and funded marketing plans. At all times, the Kids Marketing Strategist models a team participant style that emphasizes spiritual development, healthy relationships, effective planning, team building, and partnership development in all phases of Trade Marketing work.
