|Quayside Publishing Group is seeking a driven and well-rounded sales professional for our Account Executive position in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region.|
The Account Executive is directly responsible for growing book business in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region. With thousands of great books and ancillary products in its catalogs, Quayside Publishing Group produces fun and interesting products to promote and sell through this exciting and rewarding position. New business and growth opportunities for a motivated individual are practically limitless.
This position will be responsible for interacting with new account prospects, building solid professional relationships with outside sales representatives and accounts, and maintaining & growing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be focused, have the ability to interface with people at all levels, and have a comprehensive understanding of how to sell books and related products.
Key Results Areas
B. Analyze the marketplace with regard to our product and that of our competitors to find opportunities in the market.
C. Participate in supply chain initiatives and reprint meetings.
D. Work with Marketing to develop local and regional marketing plans.
E. Manage regional and local commission sales reps.
