The publications department of an established professional organization is looking for a part-time Digital Library Administrative & Customer Support Assistant with prior data entry experience who is familiar working with IPs and possesses strong organizational and customer service skills. This person will support the Digital Library sales team by performing a variety of customer service related tasks including, but not limited to: Data Quality Management, Account Maintenance, and Customer Support. Proficiency in MS applications including Excel, Word and Outlook is also required. Prior work in a publishing environment and knowledge of Sales Force a plus. This position will report to the Account Manager and requires 15 to 19 hours per week.
