Seeking an energetic and highly motivated Marketing Manager to direct all aspects of Press marketing and sales programs. Reporting to the Director of the Press, the Marketing Manager plays a central role in expanding the visibility of the Press, its authors, and the 20-25 books published yearly. The Manager is responsible for decision-making about Press marketing communications and marketing plans to increase sales and visibility of OSU Press books. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in appropriate field; one year or more of professional marketing or public relations experience in scholarly, professional, or trade book publishing; and a demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. Preferred qualifications include 2 or more years' experience working for a scholarly publisher.
