The Business Development Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in Olive's growth. Olive’s core technologies offer exceptional solutions for its current customers and an opportunity now exists to extend those solutions into other content sectors. The Business Development Sales Associate will work closely with the Director of Strategy and Business Development to continue the momentum Olive has already realized in these efforts. Additionally, the Business Development Sales Associate will be charged with expanding Olive’s reach by identifying and pitching new prospects and closing new business deals.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Contribute to the Overall Business Development and Marketing Function
• Contribute to the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
• Identify, establish contact with and present to several new prospective customers on a monthly basis
• Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning
• Convert the new prospects into in measurable bookings and revenue on a monthly basis
• Competitor and market analysis

Essential Qualifications
• A hunter, not a gatherer; good relationship builder and account manager
• A proven track record in new business development; digital content space experience is a plus
• Comfortable selling on concept; very persuasive and passionate about Olive’s potential
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with and emphasis in Marketing. Master’s Degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Business Development and Marketing, International experience is a plus.
