We are seeking a Marketing Manager to build on our recent growth and lead our expanded marketing and sales team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic planning and management of sales and marketing activities, including supervision of sales and marketing staff.

Your qualifications should include:
• A post-secondary degree;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a higher education book sales, book marketing or marketing manager role;
• Familiarity with the U.S. higher education market would be an asset;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a diverse environment and to develop and foster teamwork;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong computer skills, MS Word, Excel, and database experience would be an asset.

Compensation is dependent on qualifications and experience and includes a competitive salary, an excellent benefits program, and a significant bonus potential.
