|Assistant Manager, Ad Communications|
|Primary Duties and Responsibilities:|
Manage ad reservation database, input and track all ad sales data.
Create and send ad reservation contracts verifying account information, rates, specs and due dates.
Follow up with advertisers regarding signed ad reservation contracts & materials due dates.
Traffic all incoming ad materials, working with advertisers and the BookPage production team to ensure ad campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Create ad sales reports as needed.
Coordinate with accounting on matters regarding invoicing and collections for all advertising contracts.
Create, design & update rate cards/ad sales materials, as well as in-house ad campaigns.
Create, design & schedule email blasts to our advertisers.
Assist in managing relationships with our advertisers.
Other sales & marketing duties as assigned.
Excellent time management and organization skills with acute attention to detail required.
Proven ability working in database management. Experience with FileMaker Pro strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office, Google Docs, InDesign, Photoshop and QuickBooks preferred.
Familiarity with email marketing service companies such as Emma, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
College degree and 2-4 years publishing or media/agency experience.
