Responsibilities:

Facilitate new vendor setups.
Educate publishers on NOOK procedures.
Be readily available to answer questions.
Troubleshoot and solve issues and concerns that arise.
Work with multiple internal teams to improve procedures related to metadata, file ingestion, reporting, etc.
Execute and promote new content initiatives in tandem with the Digital Content team.
Maintain contract information for organizational purposes in accordance with organizational policy and procedures.


Key Skills & Experience:

BA/BS required.
2 to 3 years of experience in publishing highly preferred.
Textbook publishing and eBook experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Extremely organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Access, Power Point; previous experience in publisher databases preferred.
Prior experience reviewing contract language preferred.
