|Manages the print production and manufacturing process for an assigned product development area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved. Oversees pricing, product development budgeting and reporting, print buying and vendor selection, production schedules, prototyping and sampling, pre-flight proofs, press checks, quality assurance, shipping, warehouse delivery, post-production issue resolution, and data archiving. Manages the activities of production personnel including workflow, priorities and goals. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude.|
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 - 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
