‘Beverly’ Wins 2017 L.A. Times Graphic Novel Prize

Beverly, Nick Drnaso’s merciless satire about the bleak social world of the suburbs, was awarded the 2017 L.A. Times Book Prize for graphic novels.

The book was published by Drawn and Quarterly in January 2016. The prize was awarded to the book along with the rest of the L.A. Times Book Prizes on Friday night April 21 at Brovard Auditorium at the University of Southern California.
