Granta Names Third Class of Best Young Novelists

Every ten years, Granta collects the work of a number of young American novelists, still in their twenties and thirties, in a special issue, the Best of Young American Novelists of 2017. In its third iteration, the magazine named "twenty-one outstanding writers who capture the preoccupations of modern America," including Emma Cline, Lauren Groff, Yaa Gyasi, Garth Risk Hallber, Ben Lerner, Dinaw Mengestu, Ottessa Moshfegh, and Claire Vaye Watkins.
