Black History Month is right around the corner, so here are a few notable African American Web sites. The Martin Luther King Jr.Directory, maintained by the MLK Center in Atlanta, is a good place to start. The San Diego County Democratic Party has set up an exceptionally well-organized tribute to MLK that is both comprehensive and beautifully designed. Also, the newly redesigned Gravity, a lively and thoughtful Web zine devoted to all manner of African American topics, has an unusual digital tribute to MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech (designed by Bill Benzon) that features artwork by Portland, Ore., grade-schoolers and links to Web sites around the world that feature information related to the speech. The Book: A Black History Website is an online resource for black historical material, including film and voice clips; and for daily black-oriented news reports of all kinds, visit The Black World Today
