A detailed look at the controversial presidency of Bill Clinton will be offered by award-winning Washington Post correspondent John F. Harris in a book just signed by Random president and publisher Ann Godoff. She bought North American rights from agent Andrew Wylie, for publication in 2004. Harris will examine every aspect of Clinton's White House tenure, from the viewpoint of a reporter who spent more time on the Clinton beat than any other. Senior editor Scott Moyers will be the book's in-house editor.
