Jim Benton's popular Happy Bunny character can be found on everything from T-shirts and keychains to socks and toilet paper, and the character has made its way into a series of books for Scholastic. Now the Texas Alliance of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America hopes the character's snarky tone and point-blank way of telling it like it is will help teens stay off drugs and alcohol. Benton has contributed artwork and punch lines for a campaign, and the Partnership has created stickers and posters that will be distributed to schools throughout Texas.
