John Grisham continues his reign at the top of the chain charts this week, clinging to the #1 spots at both Walmart.com and Target with his nonfiction title, The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town. At Target, Grisham bested Stephen King, whose Lisey's Story took #2, while Kim Edwards's book club favorite, The Memory's Keeper Daughter, was #3. At Walmart, Mitch Albom and Nora Roberts played second and third fiddle, respectively, to Grisham; Albom's For One More Day sat at #2 while Roberts's Dear John was #3. At AMS, Lemony Snicket ran off with the top spot among fiction bestsellers with the final installment in his Unfortunate Events series, The End. Thriller stalwarts Robert Ludlum and Robert Parker came in at #2 and #3, respectively, on the AMS fiction list, with Bancroft Strategies and Hundred Dollar Baby. The nonfiction bestsellers at AMS were dominated this week by two Food Network stars: Ina Garten and Paula Deen. Garten's Barefoot Contessa at Home took #1 while Deen held on to the #2 spot from last week with Paula Deen Celebrates. Barack Obama's Audacity of Hope dropped from the #1 spot last week to #3.
