The mixed media company Vook is consolidating its operations into a new office in New York City. Since its launch in 2009, Vook has had space in both New York and Emeryville, Calif., but beginning July 18 the company will bring all employees to a new office on West 25th St. in Chelsea.
About six employees in engineering and production will make the move from California, while the product, marketing, business development and partner relations staff will move down from offices in midtown Manhattan. In all, about 20 Vook employees will be in the Chelsea headquarters.
