SAGE is seeking a Video Associate Editor to work in our DC office. This position will work with the Publisher and Licensing Editor to help develop commissioned content and the licensing activities for third party content acquisition for an agreed number and size of video subject collections per year for the academic library market. Using a mixture of strong editorial, market research, content assessment and curatorial skills this position will work expertly and quickly with a high volume of diverse tasks in an exciting and fast-paced area of the business. This role will intelligently work with other members of the SAGE Video team, film production companies, Editorial Boards of the video collections, academics and Licensors to ensure that video content is meeting the needs of its audiences and end users as effectively as possible.
This position is part of the Global Library Editorial team at SAGE, working in a dynamic part of the business to significantly increase SAGE’s online product portfolio for our library customers.
