|Sales Support Manager, Time Inc. Retail|
|Time Inc. Retail, the Sales and Marketing division for Retail sales of Time Inc. Books and Magazines, is seeking a team player who is energetic and detail oriented for the Sales Support Manager position, which support distribution and sales activity with key Book Distributors (Readerlink, Baker & Taylor and others). This position reports to Time Inc Retail’s Sales Director overseeing our Book Distributors.|
Manage a variety of items related to book order fulfillment, from order entry/ PO tracking, tracking shipments through the supply chain, ensuring inventory levels are monitored , handling various return, credit and order items.
Develop and maintain sales reporting and tracking tools
3-5 years experience in Book Publishing and/or Book distribution or Sales support function
Team player, self-starter, detail oriented, proactive
Analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Must be comfortable using and navigating internal and external data portals to secure needed sales data and order information
