The Bound To Stay Bound Sales and Marketing Manager recruits, trains and manages a group of Sales Representatives, as well as creates and Implements effective sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals. (BTSB Sales Representatives are located throughout the United States.)

The BTSB Sales Manager-
* Ensures sales staff is thoroughly knowledgeable of BTSB products and trained in how to effectively present BTSB products.
* Ensures all representatives have excellent customer service skills.
* Works closely with marketing personnel in developing marketing materials.
* Teaches Sales Representatives how to effectively manage their territory and contact a mix of current customers and potential customers based on market data.
* Develops representative's skills to help manage territory data, effectively communicate and market by email, and manage sales and travel information.
* Works closely with internal departments such as Production, Customer Satisfaction, Human Resources, Information Systems, to reach oversall company goals.
* Prepares and Analyzes sales data for study, planning, and goal setting.

In addition to the field Sales Representatives, The Sales and Marketing Manager also supervises an in-house staff of Sales Support personnel. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, addressing problem issues.

The Bound To Stay Bound Books Sales Manager position is an in-house position, so relocation to the home office in Jacksonville, Illinois is required. Some travel is required.
