Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager (International Sales) to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the international sales force’s global marketing initiatives by working closely with the US & UK teams, client publishers across all distribution brands (Perseus Distribution; Publishers Group West (PGW); Consortium; Legato; Ingram Publisher Services (IPS)), and global customers. Assists management with developing a global marketing strategy and program. You will be tasked with creating effective sales and marketing materials for the international sales force and managing day-to-day content marketing initiatives that effectively position the client publishers’ products in the various global markets. Additionally, you’ll work with various departments on a daily basis to gather and coordinate relevant marketing assets and sales needs.

Essential Duties:
•Supports global marketing efforts by working closely with international sales managers and representatives, customers, and client publishers to collect information such as: new publishing initiatives, market requirements, and customer feedback to incorporate in marketing strategy.
•Works closely with UK and NYC offices to gather and communicate international marketing, merchandising, and publicity activities from all channels.
•Identifies and generates advertising and co-op opportunities through our affiliate customers; manages subsequent advertising and co-op expenses with client publishers and accounts.
•Coordinates international media and events by connecting authors to local booksellers.
Manages the preparation and organization for major international book fairs.
•Works with management and the international sales force to develop and execute a global marketing program and strategy.
•Creates an international focus list and accompanying supporting sales assets (Edelweiss collections and order forms); organizes and builds an internationally focused seasonal catalog.
•Manages marketing initiatives across all client publisher brands; includes content development across all marketing outlets while exploring optimal content marketing tools such as: dedicated eblasts, weekly newsletters, coordinating digital or print advertising, and sales kits/specialized sell sheets.
•Drives sales/revenue by delivering clear, powerful, and imaginative content for sales and marketing materials with a clear link to engage customers.
•Manages the International Sales’ social media presence across all platforms to cultivate a regular presence online.
•Manages an updated publishing schedule, master order form, and tracking drop-in titles.
•Provides regular updates to sales force and customers on monthly releases.
•Provides regular updates to the Client Relations Manager on marketing initiatives and active campaigns.
•Travels up to 30%
