You are a dedicated Sales person that is well organized, self motivated and with a proven track record of success in delivering against targets. You be someone with relevant experience in large sales to the Media: Educational Publishing segment. Experience in one of more of the following - intellectual property licensing, trade book planning & cycles, editorial research, retail distribution channels, familiarity with author blogs and website, familiarity with internal workings of top tier Educational Publishers, Education Events and Tradeshows.

You will be able to demonstrate within your current role your expertise in developing high level relationships with large billing clients/industry leaders and growing accounts to realize their full potential across multiple products. As an excellent communicator, you will be able to engage and build rapport quickly with your all levels of an organization. By having the ability to flex your style you will fit yourself into the Getty Images team and job role seamlessly, at all times bringing confidence and trust to customer's, and being a positive influence with your colleagues.

Your Next Challenge:

•Identify high potential revenue opportunities through market and customer profiling, particularly in under-penetrated areas
•Understand all Getty Images products and services. Leverage these products and services to build new segment customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities
•Negotiate and support high level contracts and agreements including - subscription contracts and renewals
•Leverage cross-functional relationships to get work done efficiently
•Be able to comfortably present, be a member of a panel, and/or host sessions at trade conferences and trade shows
•Develop and maximize outbound proactive sales methods including customer-facing sales presentations, phone sales, teleconference presentations and client briefings at trade shows, sponsor presentations and industry events
•High volume of customer visits as determined with the Sales Leadership, including travel for required meetings
•Move strategically internally and externally to deal with broader issues and opportunities for the accounts
•Find creative solutions and be proactive in finding opportunities to make up any shortfall
•Prioritize all activities to maintain a balanced pipeline of deals. Demonstrate the ability to understand your business by accurately forecasting and reporting to management

What you’ll need:

•Minimum of five years relevant high level B2B sales experience – must understand the basics of licensing intellectual property
•Proven ability to run your business from a broad and strategic perspective
•Solid direct sales and Account Management experience within a fast-pace organization
•Experience working in the Educational Publishing, Gaming and/or curriculum development segment
•Demonstrated success in building new business revenue – the ability to advance existing accounts and hunt for new business
•Strong outbound selling skills – Regular travel to client meetings (will requires some out of town travel)
•Demonstrated closing and forecasting skills
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects; must have strong organization skills
•Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools – specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
•Able to build cross-functional relationships necessary to deliver revenue results
•Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills Strong
