Liguori Publications is a Roman Catholic Publisher based in the St. Louis, MO area. All of our publications are educational and pastoral in nature. Perhaps our most well known product is Liguorian magazine. We publish materials such as Sunday parish bulletins, youth and adult catechetical materials for parishes and religious education programs, and pamphlets. Additionally, we publish hard and soft cover books, as well as a growing number of eBooks that inform and inspire the heart. Our mission, a collaborative effort of Redemptorists and laity is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ primarily through the print and electronic media. Director of Digital Publishing

As the Director of Digital Publishing, you will establish, co-ordinate and implement the systems, processes, and accountabilities necessary for company-wide digital workflow. Additionally, this position is responsible for the creation, marketing, sales, distribution and financial returns of all digital products working in collaboration with these other departments. This is a revenue-generating position with the opportunity to have a significant impact on Liguori Publications!

• Minimum seven years in content management, digital product development, and
Web/email publishing
• Experience introducing XML workflow into a business & championing its adoption
• Minimum five years in web-based product creation, promotion, and e-commerce
• Minimum five years experience in traditional publishing
• Minimum five years middle- to senior-level management experience with direct reports
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and business skills; excellent strategic thinker
• Exceptional follow-through, management, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and deadline management
• Experience and/or knowledge of the U.S. Catholic Church
• Bachelor's degree required
