The Director will be responsible for continuous problem solving for customers; will provide leadership and direction within the department; work in close collaboration with the company's other business leaders; play a key role in the development and implementation of cost-effective systems; develop and execute operating plans. Responsibilities will include supervising employees, interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, delegating and directing work, and other similar duties.|
A BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired as well as ten or more years experience managing complex business functions in a medium or large size company. Must have advanced analytical and PC computer skills. Microsoft Office application skills are a must; CRM experience is a must, ERP systems a plus.
