|The primary responsibility of this position is to work with the Associate Director of Marketing to create, implement, and monitor measurable marketing startegies.|
The successful incumbent will have a thorough knowledge of marketing, structure, and functions; knowledge of customer segment(s); experience in market research and sales analysis; strong interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of vendors; knowledge of e-commerce; experience in selling; demonstrated written and oral communications; demonstrated cultural sensitivity; ability to use discretion, judgement and initiative; demonostrated organizational skills; analytical skills' independent decision-maker and creator; willingness to work with a team; knowledge of the United Methodist church preferred; and demonstrated experience on personal computer and software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalency with two to four years of related experience
