Red Line Editorial and Big Timber Media are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our staff of print and online publishing professionals.

This new, hands-on position will give the right candidate an opportunity to play a key role as we expand our businesses.

Among the duties of this position are:

-- Work with management to develop and execute marketing strategies
-- Deliver effective and creative marketing solutions across media platforms that create brand awareness and maximize sales
-- Lead in planning and development of marketing materials from concept to production and delivery
-- Coordinate the development of email, mail, and social media campaigns
-- Maintain company websites and social media platforms
-- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and partners
-- Analyze sales reports and capture trends
-- Coordinate and oversee order fulfillment
-- Plan and coordinate company’s presence at trade shows; attend as needed

The ideal candidate will possess at minimum:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
-- Two years of experience working in a marketing function in publishing or media, with experience in educational, trade, and/or digital publishing preferred
-- Strong familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter
-- Experience with e-commerce solutions and content management systems
-- An ability to communicate professionally and effectively with different departments, vendors, and clients
-- A strong commitment to achieving deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-- A tremendous attention to every last detail
-- Talent to handle a wide variety of tasks without sacrificing quality
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, FTPs, and Google docs
