The Vice President International Spanish Sales is responsible for developing and executing all strategies and tactics to achieve the results set forth by company, recruit, manage and motivate team members to achieve objectives, and develop and maintain a strong business relationship with the buying team, of all key accounts under the division’s responsibility, publishers and management. Essential job responsibilities are but are not limited to:
1. Lead, direct and motivate team to achieve and surpass revenue, trading margin and unit margin goals
Preferred candidate will have extensive knowledge of Latin American Culture and will be Fluent in Spanish and English. Will be proficient in Microsoft office, Power Point, Word and Excel. Will possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities will be a self-starter, capable of planning and organizing all corporate related steps to reach and surpass sales and administrator goals for individual areas as assigned, strong analytic skills, strong leadership qualities, will be able to see the "big picture", high level of integrity, can be flexible, a problem solver, Pioneer and strategic risk taker. Should be able to thrive in a fast paced, high demand for execution and be results driven.
Desired candidate will have at least five years directing a sales team throughout Latin America. Will ideally have a strong understanding of the Spanish book market.
A BA in a related field is required for this position.
