• Coordinate backlist production schedules with publishers
• Track backlist sales for reprints/restocks and provide quantity and shipping advice as needed
• Data entry for warehouse due dates, expected dates for reprints/restocks, cancellations, and out of print dates
• Manage dispersal of publisher "hurts" and provide shipping advice
• Manage stock transfers for new and departing publishers
• Coordinate out of print listings for publisher titles

Warehouse Operations
Liaison for:
• Customer service
• Inventory control
• Receiving
• Shipping
• Publisher withdrawals

Primary US shipping contact for WTA consolidation (UK and Asia)
• Manual inputting of shipment data
• Creation of packing slips to for inventory control
• Tracking shipments into warehouse and follow-up on receipt discrepancies

Publisher Liaison
Primary point of contact for select publishers, coordinating with:
• Sales
• Marketing and publicity
• Production
• Metadata and cataloging
• Digital sales and marketing
• International sales
• VP, Publisher Services (Supervisor)

Additional requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Superior customer service skills
