Audible’s EVP, Publisher Beth Anderson to Retire

Beth Anderson, Audible executive v-p and publisher, is retiring from Audible in February 2020 after 23 years with the company. Anderson has been with Audible since its inception.

“Beth has had and always will have a profound impact on Audible and on me, as someone I could turn to for guidance and insight over 23 years,” Audible founder and CEO Don Katz wrote in an email explaining that Anderson will stay on board until a replacement is found.

Before joining Audible in 1996, Anderson worked in college text and trade book publishing at Simon & Schuster, Macmillan, and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich.
