Leadership Changes at Random House

The following changes have been announced to the editorial and publishing teams of the Random House imprint. 

  • Ben Greenberg is being promoted to v-p and editorial director of nonfiction, reporting to Random House imprint publisher Andy Ward. 
  • Caitlin McKenna is being promoted to editorial director of fiction, also reporting to Ward. 
  • Rachel Rokicki will be joining the Random House imprint as v-p and deputy publisher of fiction at Random House and Hogarth, reporting to Ward. 
  • Avideh Bashirrad will be joining the One World and The Dial Press teams fulltime as senior v-p and deputy publisher, reporting to Christopher Jackson for One World and Andy Ward for the Dial Press. 
  • Erica Gonzalez is being promoted to assistant publishing director, reporting to deputy publisher of nonfiction Tom Perry and Rokicki.
