NEA Names 2022-2023 Big Read Grantees

The National Endowment for the Arts and Arts Midwest have announced the 62 recipients of the NEA Big Reads grants to hold programming in 2022-2023. Each NEA Big Read grantee receives a matching grant, ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, to support programming around one of 15 selected books.

Grantees include the Center for Fiction in Brooklyn, N.Y.; the MOJA Arts Festival in Charleston, S.C.; Hope College in Holland, Mich.; the International Festival of Arts and Ideas in New Haven, Conn.; MOCHA in Oakland, Calif.; the Santa Fe Public Library; and more.
