Rob Arnold Joins Poets House as Executive Director

Poets House in New York City has named Rob Arnold as its new executive director, effective December 1.
Arnold most recently served as interim executive director at the nonprofit community writing center Hugo House in Seattle. He has also worked with Aevitas Creative Management, the Whiting Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, Grid Books, the National Poetry Series, PEN New England, Beacon Press, Fence Books, and Ploughshares.
Interim director Cornelius Eady will serve in his current role until November 30 and will remain involved with the organization. He will also launch and co-host Poets House’s new weekly radio show Open House, starting November 4.
