PPG Announces Changes to Subsidiary Rights Team

Penguin Publishing Group has announced the following promotions within its subsidiary rights department. 

Tom Dussell has been promoted to v-p and director of subsidiary rights, reporting to president Allison Dobson. Dussell, who joined PPG in 2011, will sell foreign rights for Riverhead and Penguin Press.

Sabila Khan has been promoted to v-p of subsidiary rights, reporting to Dussell. Khan, who joined the Putnam rights department in 2001, will lead the foreign rights team and sell foreign rights for Viking, Penguin, Dutton, and TarcherPerigee. 

Also within the department, Tawana Sullivan and Ritsuko Okumura have been promoted to senior directors.

The changes follow the recent retirement of Leigh Butler and Hal Fessenden.
