Quarto Shareholders Back Delisting

At a special meeting held December 14, Quarto shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of the proposal to remove its shares from trading on the London Main Market exchange.

The vote to delist the London-based publisher followed a November 30 announcement that said becoming a privately-held company will save Quarto money and give it more flexibility to react to business challenges and opportunities.
