As the first anniversary of the kidnapping of two-year-old twins Liam and Shane Boyle approaches in Sidor's bone-chilling third novel, Chicago freelance journalist Jase Deering decides to investigate with his partner and girlfriend, the blind Robyn Matchfrost.
