Detailed strategies for business travel and stamina eating at a variety of business functions, and a section on the hazards of vitamin overdosage are particularly noteworthy. Readers will have to overlook indulgences in case studies, lists, pep talks, repetitions, puffery and pitches for Miller's The Hilton Head Metabolism Diet in this sound, comprehensible program.
