Baby Dress Up

In this addition to the Baby Firsts series, 20 babies from various family backgrounds appear dressed in adorable costumes. The babies’ disguises include a superhero in a green mask and cape, an elephant, a chef dusted in flour, and a safari guide (pictured with a Rottweiler wearing a mane), among others. In bright, largely posed portraits, the babies show a range of facial expressions, while the charming costumes and occasional set pieces (a “musician” has a saxophone; a baseball player, a bat, ball, and glove) offer fun ideas for Halloween or everyday dress-up.
