Although not credited anywhere in the book, translator Quiroz-Pecirno uses simple Spanish and eliminates complicated legal words, keeping true to the original English version. The appendix includes helpful information about divorce laws for all 50 states and Puerto Rico, as well as sample forms in Spanish and English. A glossary and index are also included.
