Noisy Farm: My First Sound Book

Readers can listen to the sounds that six farm animals make in this companion to 2016’s I Love Music. The text largely consists of questions that young children will be happy to answer (“Can you make the duck say quack?”); touching small, circular sensors results in mooing cows, oinking pigs, and a horse that whinnies and gallops. The audio quality and technology are impressive (like a smartphone screen, no pressing is required to trigger the noises), the digital graphics are appealingly cheery, and (importantly for parents) the book comes with an on-off switch embedded in the back cover to preserve both battery life and peace of mind.
