Smith claims, improbably, that readers will never need another diet after this program because their bodies will naturally crave healthy, natural foods. Intended to be used after 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse, the book provides a 30-day meal plan and new recipes for lifelong eating. Part one covers the 30-day program and includes a full meal plan for each day, with guidelines and steps for how to shop for and prepare meals such as a peachy pineapple or blueberry spinach smoothie, shrimp and green bean salad, and banana strawberry ice cream. Part two reviews 21 “detoxification” methods for weight loss and health such as acupuncture, Bikram yoga, colonics, liver cleansing, and parasite cleanse. Part three shares success stories from those who have completed Smith’s program, and part four covers the DHEMM (detox, hormonal balance, eat clean, mental mastery, move) system, which she claims will get results even without a fitness regimen.
