In this fun and imaginative collection, husband-and-wife team Jessica and Stephen Rose, who sell Georgia peaches throughout Nashville from their Peach Truck, superbly demonstrate the peach’s versatility in a wide array of sweet and savory dishes. The Roses share their enthusiasm for the fruit in Dutch Baby, “a popover-pancake hybrid” baked in a cast iron skillet, as well as in coffee cake, salsa, jam, and the classic peach pie.
