Anthony Antolino, a former senior v-p at Copia, DMC Worldwide’s new book retail and social network platform, and the executive most closely identified with launching the new platform, has left DMC and Copia. Antolino sent out an e-mail Thursday announcing that he was leaving the company.

“My time at Copia and DMC Worldwide has come to an end. As many of you know, I have spent the past 4 years developing and repositioning the DMC enterprise and most recently, have been immersed in developing the Copia business concept. I would like to thank you all for your support, hard work and dedication on the various businesses I have collaborated with you on. Needless to say, I am excited about the future and look forward to continuing to work together on my next venture.”There was no information on his immediate plans.

Meanhwile, Copia is launching its public beta test today, conducting a demonsrtration and conference call at 1 p.m.
