Books-A-Million has expanded its same-day delivery services to its entire national chain, which comprises 231 stores across 32 states. Books, toys, games, and any other in-stock items at local Books-A-Million branches ordered online at booksamillion.com before 3 p.m. will be delivered the same day, while items ordered after 3 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Walmart is providing the physical logistics for deliveries through its white-label, last-mile delivery service platform, GoLocal.

The service was initially launched last September in the Midwest and southeastern U.S. BAM continues to offer click-and-collect curbside service. Until March 9, BAM is offering customers who try the service a $5-off-$25 coupon and a free reusable tote for new orders.

"Our commitment to providing exceptional service and value is at the forefront of everything we do, and this new offering is just one more way we are delivering on that promise."
