Charlie Adlard, artist of smash hit The Walking Dead, will signbooks in Orlando at A Comic Shop. The signing takes place from 4 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, at A Comic Shop, located at 114 South Semoran Boulevard, Winter Park, FL. The event is free to the general public.
6/29 Marjorie M. Liu Signing in New York
Comics creator Marjorie M. Liu, writer of such comics as X23 and Dark Wolverine, will signbooks in New York at Midtown Comics. The signing takes place from 6 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29 at the Midtown Comics location at 200 West 40th Street, New York, NY. The event is free to the general public.
Opening 6/29 "Drawn" Exhibit with Works of Chris Ware, Seth, Crumb & More in New York
“Drawn”, which opens to the general public on Wednesday, June 29, includes original artwork from a wide array of art comics creators, and features new works from acclaimed comics artists Seth and Chris Ware as well as art by classic comics artists Jules Feiffer and Robert Crumb among others. The exhibit is located at the Adam Baumgold Gallery located at 40 East 75th Street, New York, NY. Admission is free to the public, and the exhibit is open from 11 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday until August 5.
