Vince Annoreno, senior v-p of distribution at Penguin Random House's, who oversaw the company's Westminster, Md.–based distribution operation, will retire on October 1. Annoreno has spent more than 35 years at PRH, Random House, Bantam Doubleday Dell, and Bantam Books.

"Moving to Maryland in 1999, he led us through the pioneering integration of the Random House and Bantam Doubleday Dell distribution operations, and countless game-changing transitions and upgrades since then," said Annette Danek, executive v-p and chief supply chain officer at PRH, in a statement.

Tina Ruppert has been promoted to v-p of distribution for Maryland, succeeding Annoreno. Ruppert has worked as Annoreno's second-in-command for 19 of her 42 years at PRH. In her new role, she will report to senior v-p of distribution Lori De Reza.

Additionally, Ryne Barrall has been promoted to v-p of industrial engineering, facilities, and maintenance, and will lead maintenance teams in both Maryland and Indiana. Barrall, who has been with PRH for 13 years, will report to Alyssa Oles, senior v-p of fulfillment operations and IT services.
