Publishers Weekly is looking for photos of industry and company events to feature in Pics of the Day. To submit your photos, here's what you need to know:
1. No photos with a file size of over 500KB will be accepted. Please send .jpg or .jpeg files only.
2. In the body of your submission e-mail, please include the name and company or institutional affiliation of each person appearing in the photo. Also include the location and the event (if any) where the picture was taken.
3. After clicking the "SUBMIT PHOTO" button below, an e-mail window will pop up. Put the aforementioned information in the body of the e-mail and attach the digital photo(s) that you'd like to submit. Just cilck "send" and you're done.
4. By clicking the SUBMIT PHOTO link below, you hereby grant Publishers Weekly and PublishersWeekly.com the right to publish, display, post and otherwise use the photo and text for their magazine, newsletters and Web site. You agree that the photo and text may be cropped, edited, electronically manipulated or otherwise altered, but only as necessary to enable addition to the magazine or Pics of the Month and Photo Gallery pages and that whether or how the photograph is used is entirely for Publishers Weekly to decide.
You certify that you are the photographer and sole copyright owner of this photo and text, and have obtained the consent of all identifiable persons shown in it for these uses. You understand that you may submit a limitless amount of photos to Publishers Weekly and PublishersWeekly.com, but that Publishers Weekly and PublishersWeekly.com have the sole discretion to use or not use any photo. You also understand that all photos must conform to the standards set above.
