The Media Planner will develop multi-platform plans for book publishers including Hachette Book Group and Doubleday, and other entertainment industry clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop media strategy in conjunction with the Account group
• Research media vehicles for plans from $5k-$500k
• Verify rates, specs and due dates
• Create Insertion Orders
• Work with media vendors and MK’s Production team to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly


• Minimum 2 years of media or agency experience
• Ability to develop integrated media plans including print, TV, digital, radio, outdoor
• Experience with the teen/young adult market a major plus
• Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Power Point/Keynote
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently
• Candidate should be confident and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability
