PRH to Donate 300,000 Books to Save the Children

#ProjectReadathon, the Penguin Random House reading and giving initiative that launched on April 17 in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, culminated on World Book Day on April 23 by surpassing its one million minutes goal. As a result, Penguin Random House will donate 300,000 books to Save the Children.

#ProjectReadathon invited readers to visit the specially-created online reading platform where they could read free, timed excerpts from more than 200 of PRH books and authors, and trigger book donations from the publisher to Save the Children.

The ReadWell.PenguinRandomHouse.com platform will remain active and be implemented for future Penguin Random House campaigns and initiatives.
