Christina Van Tassell Named Wiley CFO

Wiley executive v-p and CFO John Kritzmacher will retire at the end of calendar year 2021 after eight years in the position. Christina Van Tassell will succeed Kritzmacher, joining Wiley at the end of November 2021 as executive v-p and CFO.

Van Tassell comes to Wiley from Dow Jones, where she has been CFO since 2017. Prior to Dow Jones, she also held senior roles at Xaxis and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kritzmacher will remain at Wiley through the end of the year as an advisor and to support the transition.
